Compliance Recording (QM) Upgrade

Hi All,

We have new intallation of compliance recording (QM) version 8.5(2). So we have recieved the installation disk for WFO/QM 8.5(2) from cisco. But our customer needed to be upgraded to QM 9.0(1) (We have CUCM and UCCX environment compatible for QM 9). But I was not able to find download for QM 9.0 full installation from Cisco.com only there is QM 9.0 service upgardes in Cisco.com

Any one has idea wher I can download QM 9.0 full installatio

You need to request it via Product Upgrade Tool, CCO only has minor patches for QM, major releases are only available via PUT.

Yep you are correct, I managed to retriev the QM 9.0 full installation via PUT
