Has anyone configured a Historical Reports Dedicated Server - (HRD)?
Problem: Can not log into the HRD server via the Cisco CRA historical reports application. I receive the following login error: "An error occurred while trying to communicate with the web server. Check your user id and password." However, I am able to log into the CRA server via the Cisco CRA historical reports application.
Is there any configuration I need to do on the dedicated HRD server. I configured the CRA server for Historical Reporting with the Dedicated HRD IP address and the status is "available". I am also able to do a successful synchronization between CRA and the HRD server.
Please don't tell me to read a PDF, because I have read it all. Cisco documentation is very weak in regards to configure a dedicated server for Historical reporting.
