connect CVP to Cloud Connect

Hello

I want to enable Application Performance Monitoring by Appdynamics.

so, I installed Cisco Cloud Connect and imported inventory.

and I tried input commend "utils app-monitoring enable" on Cisco Cloud Connect.

but i received this message

so I tried read STDERR but I can't read

in this case, How can i connect CVP to Cloud Connect?

CVP Version : 12.6(2) ES15

Cloud Conncet version : 12.6(2) ES01

Hi, what version are your CCE servers? There's this defect for instance. https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwj82525

My system version is as follows.

Call Server Version: CVP 12.6(2) ES=15 Build=72

Cloud Connect Version : 

Active Master Version: 12.6.2.10000-37
Active Version Installed Software Options:
cloudconnect.1262.ES01.17.cop

Right, but if you look at the defect I posted, it mentions potential issue depending on your CCE version, what version is that?

I found Unified CCE components's version

it is 12.6(1), and I know that issue can happen 

but CVP version is 12.6(2), I don't know why it happened

I tried to enable CVP only

TAC will probably say though that you have to at least have those UCCE 12.6.1 versions mentioned in that defect before they can help you.

Hi @jhkim731 ,

a) Can you check the utils deployment test-connection works with CVP from cloudconnect.
b) Check if CVP registry exist with the component configured.
