HI
I wonder what will be an agent status in UCCX 10.6 if his/her PC goes down ( finesse agent loses connectivity with UCCX server). We plan using Enhanced type licenses. Can the agent continue working with the IP phone only?

After some delay the Finesse server/service will detect the agent is off-line and will mark the agent as logged out, but that may take few minutes.

Hi Dan,
Well with the previous versions, we had a defect, where it would not change to Logout:
CSCur00659
In 10.6, its fixed and as and when the browser close due to crash is observed, it will be marked logged out on Real Time Reporting, Supervisor and CUIC.
