Contact Disposition 3 in UCCX Reporting

Hi

We have UCCX 10.6 and recently we have confronted with a problem. When a customer goes in a queue the call disconnects. This happens for some of our calls and also happens randomly. 

I checked the log of the call in the CUIC and the contact disposition 3 is set for this call. When I used the help template of CUIC it hadn't said anything about contact disposition 3. I have read a document about this problem and it says:

When the system cleans up a call, which may have remained in the system because of missing events, the system writes a CCDR with the contact disposition dont_care (value = 3).

Can you tell me more about this sentence and the solution for this problem?
