Context service Registration problem

We are trying to do context service registration. When I click on register button then it opens a new tab and redirects me to cisco spark login. After login it shows me the following error:

We had the same problem. our Partner had to open a tac to get it fixed.

Hi Kwang Pyo,

Can you let us know which component were you trying to register with Context Service? Which solution (CCX/CCE/HCS) and what version are you on?

Please send across the account email address you were using to register and / or the Spark Org ID. Also, the error screenshot that has the Tracking ID. Please email it to me sajith@cisco.com.

We will look into it.
