Currently I am running CRS 3.1. We would like to be able to record an agents call activity for a given period of time. Is this possible? Currently in CRS 3.1 you can only record one call at a time.

There are 3rd party applications that can accomplish this such as:
Nice Systems
Witness Systems
Mercom

On-demand recording is built in to the IPCC Express Premium and Enhanced Editions as well as IPCC Enterprise Edition. Please see the data sheets linked below.
