Courtesy Call Back CallbackEntry returns prohibited_number for all calls

Hi,

CCB callbackEntry ani validation comes as "prohibited_number" for all calls . This was working well in our production system and any changes made recently. CVP has its own Report server and Ops console. Rest of the servers are working fine. please suggest if any solution to fix or start with.

Thanks

MK

Did you figure this out? Back in the OAMP for System/Courtesy Callback - be sure that for the Allowed Number you have the checkbox selected for "Allow Unmatched Dialed Numbers" - and then do the Save and Deploy again.

Did you change anything in the CallbackEntry app? Perhaps you removed an element that was assigning the phone number into Session Data.

Do you have numbers that are allowed/prohibited from using CCB in CVP Ops Console? Did someone make a change there and not tell you for instance?

Hi,

Thanks for your response. we have the list in Ops Console, but none of them matching with the ani we see in call logs and tested. i did compare other servers and exactly the same list. No recent changes made.

Thanks
