I want to create a custom HotLink element in call studio, is it possible ? why I need this, because a hotlink which listens "don't know" globally and throws a new event named as last menu name it visits / element the hotlink invoked. That means at a menu for say "xyz" , if user says I don't know, then custom hot link listens this globally , and this hot link throw an event with name as "xyz". I did achieve this through local hot link as it allow substitution for throwing event , but using hot link element it can't be done as hot link element not allow substitution for event name. That's why I want to customize hot link element. Please refer below screen shots , the first one using local hot link which is successful, the second one is using hotlink element , gives error as it doesn't allow substitution.
