Creating a Secondary Admin in Finesse 10.5.1

I am attempting to create a Secondary Admin in Finesse 10.5.1 and I have no idea how to do this. I need serious help. I need to know what are the steps from beginning to end. I am so sorry to bother you guys about this. But I will be in hot water if I don't figure this out. In the interim, I am reading all things Cisco trying to figure this out.  Lunch on me!

It is not possible, and there are documented Cisco tickets for it, see below. Perhaps it will be in a future version.

Does this mean I don't get the free lunch? ;)

One other point, depending on what version of CCE you go to in the future, the Finesse Admin access may be less of an issue, as some of it is done via the PCCE single pane of glass. No changes if you're using UCCE though.
