Creating report in CUIC (cuicui.reportdefinition.invalidQuery.403)

When I try to create my own report definition, I get an error cuicui.reportdefinition.invalidQuery.403.

Since you have UCCX, do you have a standalone CUIC and the premium (free) license loaded so that you can create custom report definitions? Are you able to create any report definitions or is it just this query for some reason?

We have embedded CUIC and premium license loaded, but not smart for UCCX 12.5 (classic license).

I found that in another UCCX 12.5 (smart premium license) I can create successfully report definitions with my own SQL requests.

I think I will create a request for TAC support.

I found that not every SQL requets is applicable for CUIC.

For example, this SQL request was accepted.

select * from ContactCallDetail where sessionid = '10000021445'
