Creation of CUIC Dashboards a Reports

Hello:

Please, I was trying to create a new report on CUIC APP, but I realized that the options for run, copy, etc were blocked. How can I activate this options?, thanks a lot

It depends on your setup, but take a look at this post that covers it in some detail (having the premium license and potentially have the standalone server).

You'll have to provide more detail than that for people to offer suggestions for you.

What version do you have, did you confirm that you have the premium license that allows you to make changes, are you using an administrator level login, is this a new problem or has it never worked, etc.

thanks for the response. The version is 11.6.1.10000-51. How could I know what kind of level login i have? Is there a way to know from UCCX?
