what is the difference between IPCX-BS-SF-VAGT-1Y and  IPCX-BS-MSD-VAGT ?

According to the version 11 configuration - IPCX-BS-MSD-VAGT is for the CRM connector and IPCX-BS-MSD-VAGT-1Y is for the Salesforce connector.    I believe for your older SKUS, SF = Salesforce and MSD = Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).

I see that SF is for SalesForce and MSD is for Dynamics, but I actually see  2 choices for salesforce. 

IPCX-BS-SF-VAGT-1Y - B+S CRM conn/Salesforce on top of voice for CCX 1 yr subscription includes maintenance

and 

IPCX-BS-SF-VAGT - Salesforce b+s CRM connector for voice Salesforce b+s CRM connector for voice

It looks like we should be choosing the 1Y option for a CCX integration, but is there a reason we might choose the other?
