When generating reports the box is checked to include charts. However, when viewing the report or printing you can't see the chart although you can click on the placeholder if view mode. Printing or exporting doesn't change the behavior nor changing the save file type. Any ideas on what cause this problem? Is there a fix other than not including the charts?

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue with a client, some computers can generate reports well, bt others get no chart, and when they save the document, they cannot open it, it says that the docuement might be enriypted

Ok, we basically cleaned up the registry and libraries and got it working. If all fails, reinstall the pc until you find what app is overlapping with Historical reports
