Hi All,
Can someone please tell me what the effects of modifying an application trigger have on active calls (if any)? I need to assign the trigger a new Call Control group and we are trying to determine the effect of that on system performance/calls in queue for that app. My guess is that is won't have an effect on active calls, but I don't have enough experience to know for sure.

Adding trigger to an existing system has no effect on the calls in the queue or calls agents are on.
