Yes, this usually has to do with a connectivity issue. Can you ping the servers, can you get to the cti server port? Do you have the right IPs configured?

Hi ,
I am still experencing the same and unable to login into CTI in that Pc's can any 1 help me out.

Hi
David is right. Check the connectivity between the agent PC and the CTI server. Also check your name resolution, your agent PC should be able to resolve the CTI server's name to an IP address, if necessary create a local host file on the agent PC with that name resolution.

Hi Victor,
Thanks for the reply . Name resolution to the host file is correct and also my connectivity is fine. It happened in only one particular PC and now no user is able to login to the PC. CTI set up has been Re-installed still Facing the same problem.

Are you using device profiles on the agent's phone? If so associate both the device profile and phone to the PG user in CUCM.
To check this out quickly try logging in with a phone that is working.
