cti port error

Has anyone had this error:

648: Dec 01 19:42:43.261 PST %MIVR-SS_TEL-5-CTIPG_ROUTE_EVENT:CTI Port Group route event: Route Session=[81470/(P1-ipccjtapi) GCID=(1,240)->INVALID]->DISCONNECTED,Route Address=81470,Failure reason=CTI accept timer expires after 4047 ms, end route connection,Exception=java.lang.InterruptedException

It seems that a few seconds after calling a particular route point I cannot call it again, and this error seems related to that. Any ideas?

Hi,

This is an Accept timeout message for the redirect from the Route Point to a CTI Port. In

this case, there were no CTI Ports available to retirect the call to, so the CTI Route

Point did not accept the call

Check in RTR, if there are concurrent calls, which makes all CTIPorts engaged.

could this be caused by licensing? The license we have says there are zero CTI ports.
