CTI Route Point Directory Number in IPCC

Hi,

When I configure a JTAPI Trigger using a

CTI Route Point with a Directory Number thats exist in another partition the JTAPI Trigger don't work.

Anyone knows if I can use the same directory Number twice (different Partitions)

and associate one of them to the CTI Route Point used by the JTAPI Trigger ?

In order for the Route point to be able to pass the call it has to be associated to the JTAPI user and you can't have more than one user. So no, you can't use the same route point twice.
