CTI route point not registering in callmanager with ICM 4.6.2

Folks,

I am in a test IPCC environment, i am unable to register the CTI route point to the ICM. I have created a route point and route ports associated them with jtapi user. On the ICM side under PG configuration i put the ip address of the callmanager with the jtapi information. But, I still not see the route point registered.

Am i missing something?

CTI RP has to be created within ICM as a DialedNumber so it will register with the CCM. This will register it or it should. eestes
