CTI Server Message OPEN_REQ Message with username

I want to use username in CTI Server Message OPEN_REQ Message for log in credentials instead of AgentId

Finesse login support this option but I can't find a way to use it in OPEN_REQ

Is there a way to do it?

Hi Polina,

In the floating part of OPEN_REQ there is ClientID, which is  the user ID of the CTI client. And there is also ClientPassword-"The password of the user identified by ClientID."

Use the CONFIG_REQUEST_EVENT to request information on all agents in bridge mode prior to OPEN_REQ in agent mode. From the CONFIG_AGENT_EVENT messages you will receive, you can create a dictionary of all agent id's and corresponding login name.
