CTIOS Agent Desktop 7.5 and Citrix Xen Desktop 5.5

We're trying to get silent monitoring to work on a ctios home agent

running on a citrix xen desktop.

Seem the agent desktop is working, however the silent monitoring is not. Has anyone had any success monitoring agents

with this type of configuration ? We're using UCCE 7.5 with the Citrix Xen Desktop 5.5.

    it appears you use CAD with XenDesktop. Do you have a lot of users and are there any shortcomings other than the monitoring you mentioned above. I have a client that is looking to migrate to XenDesktop from XenApp and they have a good amount of UCCX agent users that will migrate with them. Any opinion or input is appreciated.
