Team - the emergency assist button could send an emergency call to a supervisor team. In the desk settings there is a setting called Auto Record on Emergency. Does agents clicking this button activate the auto record on emergency? Is that automatic - how does that work?
What document covers the on demand emergency recording solution for UCCE? I am looking for emergency recording solution not the continous recording solutions. Thank you.
I've actually never tried the recording piece. My assumption is that this applies to the supervisor desktop when they receive an emergency call and it is configured to record calls. Thus when an emergency arrives, it will automatically start recording and save it to the supervisor's pc. The CTIOS System Manager guide is probably the only document worth reading when it comes to Sup/Emergency Assist. All the other documentation doesn't go into any type of detail.
