CTIOS Toolkit installation via Command Prompt

Hi,

We are trying to install the CTI Toolkit for agent and supervisor via command line.

1.     Can we install the CTI toolkits (both agent & supervisor) via command line?

2.     Is there a document from Cisco that explain the command line options to install the agent and supervisor toolkits?

This document explain it :

CTI OS System Manager's Guide for Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted

I am not sure what is the version you are using so when you go to cisco.com just choose the version you are using and search for this document.

on page 47 (that in case 7.5) you will find two commands that are needed to be regsitered via command line.

What is the command you're using to create the response file?  Also, what machine are you doing this on?
