ctios warning

Dears,

sometimes after the client hangs up, the agent get this warning:"the party you are calling is busy.please hang up and try again later ctios"

also  this warning appears sometimes, when the agent try to transfer a call to another agent.

any idea about it?

Whats the version of CTIOs you are running

This looks similar tot he defect "CSCsk96446:- Call manager failure error on CTIOS desktop during busy trigger. "
