Hello Experts,
We have an HA UCCX Cluster where there're different Call Centers. The supervisors are concerned about the STOCK repports are being available to everyone regardless of the call center. It's important that we can keep data confidentiality between the different call centers. Is there a way that the supervisors can only see ther own repports and not the ones for the other Call Centers?
Thanks,

@mightyking yes you can. If the values/collections (not the reports themselves) are in other groups, then the supervisor won't be able to run the report on it. It can be complex to set up like @david.macias noted, but so supe A is in group A and supe B is in group B. You only allow group A access to call type (for instance) collection #1 and group B to access call type collection #2. They can run the same report, but they'll only have access to their group's information.

Not as far as I know.

I'm assuming you're using CUIC, correct? If so, at least in how it works with UCCE, in CUIC you can create groups that you assign users to and assign permissions to those groups so that they can only see certain folders/reports/collections/value lists. I know UCCX has some nuances as far as CUIC being able to do things like customized reports, but if you go into the Permissions area, do you see things like this?
I've included a link to the guide where you would see this.

This could work, but it's going to be a huge pain in the ass to setup. You have to choose the report you want to create, then place a copy in each folder and block access to all other folders but this folder per group. They can't edit anything in the report, but just run it or even better create a dashboard that they can't edit. This would be the cheapest option, but would take a good bit of testing to make sure you have the right limits. The other option is to export the DB externally and use something else to segment the data based on group. There is just not a great answer for this that doesn't require a good bit of time or money.

Thank you for the replies,
We can do all the options mentioned above but the real issue is that we don't have the ability of blocking supervisors from going to Stock reports and run reports for other teams. This is a huge deal for our organization.
Thanks,
MK

Why can't you block supervisor from accessing CUIC? You should be able to modify the supervisor group permissions and limit their permissions.

@bill.king1 idea of creating new collections is pretty spot on and will save having to make folders and save reports. This is goinng to be your best bet. Still a good bit of overhead, but if you can put on a spreadsheet who need access to what you can create collections based on that information.
