CUCM To CUCM Trunk with area code before dialed number

Hi, I have two CUCM separate clusters first cluster devices numbers 5XXX i want to dial from the second cluster with 0095XXX to the first cluster how does this work. ThanksCollaboration, Enterprise Application Gateway

At what point in the call are you trying to dial the other cluster?

I don't have UCCX here just cucm site A v 10.5 and cucm site B v 12.0.1 i want to call from site A to site B the extension on site B is 5005 i want to dial  from site A with 0095005 there is a sip trunk between them
