CUIC 10.5 upgrade

Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade CUIC from 9.x to 10.5 version as a common ground upgrade. Currently I have some custom reports (collections) in 9.x.

Please let me know if custom reports would be available after the upgrade or I need to customize it again.

Hi Krishna,

 

You would not need to customize the reports again. The switch version will migrate the data from 9.X to 10.5.
