I'm having an issue with a live data dashboard created in CUIC. I have scoured a few forums and everything I've seen states that as long as data on a dashboard is updated every 4 hours the dash should not time out. This is not what we are experiencing however. The dash seems to stop updating itself after about an hour and then receives a connection error until my user logs back in and reopens the dash. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I'm not a CUIC master by any means so I fully expect this to be a dumb mistake on my part).
