CUIC 11.5 Reports showing Loading View in Chrome

Hi there,

We are using CUIC11.5 with UCCE11.5.

From last week reports in google chrome shows loading view and nothing shows up.

It is seen only in one PC and works fine in another PC.

If Google chrome version is 67.0.3396.62 then there is a BUG, cisco TAC has a work around file for it and cisco is going to release a new COP file very soon to fix this issue.

You can open a TAC case to install a patch. There’s an indentified bug for CUIC with Chrome 67 version

Try from Firefox , I think it is something to do with chrome.
