CUIC 11.6 Report Customization

Hello,

I need somebody to help me how to create two reports in cuic 11.6 in the following fields 

Report 1

RouterCallKeyDay (int ,not null)

RouterCallKey (int , not null)

CallTime  (datetime)

CLID   (varchar (32) , null)

QueueTime (int , null)

Hash Code

Skill Group

Service#

Report 2

RouterCallKeyDay (int ,not null)

RouterCallKey (int , not null)

CallTime (datetime ,not null)

TranslationRoute/Hash Code

RingTime   ( int , null)

HoldTime   (int ,null)

TalkTime   (int ,null)

SkillGroup  (varchar 40 , null)

AgentNumber  (varchar(32) ,null)

I have couple of question here about what data you need in the report, please elaborate your needs:

 

Report 1:

What data you want for CallTime - Talk time, queue time, hold time, or total time that caller spent including all previously mentioned times

what is hash code

what is service#

 

Report 2:

what is translation route/ hash code

what is calltime

agent number - extension or skill target id or agent id ?
