CUIC 11.6 Report Export Using Thresholds

Using CUIC I have set up an Agent Detail Report with thresholds where I only want to see an agent's calls that fall between 1 minute and 5 minutes. When the report is executed all the calls that fall within the threshold are highlighted, then I move the "Only Thresholds" slider so that only the highlighted calls are visible (everything else is hidden).

When I select Export and then open the file ALL the data that had been invisible has been exported as well. Is there a way to export only the data that's visible from within the set thresholds?

No, thresholds do not modify the SQL query, just the view. Your only option it to create another report which only has the agents/calls you want.
