CUIC 12.5 buggy statistics

uccx 12.5 seems to have some bugs in agent statistics. agent state changes into reserved when in not ready state and receives a Non-ACD call.

reports of a sample agent are attached .while she has received only 2 ACD calls (1010 Trigger) , agent summary reports and team summary report shows 4 presented calls.

 

I didn't find any bug related to this, can anyone help me with it?

Indeed, it looks like there is a problem in the representation of the agent state for non-acd call.

Please open Cisco TAC SR, so this problem will be reported to the developers
