CUIC 9.x Historical not displaying data

Dear All,

One of my customer facing a issue that in CUIC historical data is missing while real time report and webview imported reports are working fine.

CUIC versio is 9.0.x while UCCE is also 9.x.

I am having this problem in my lab as well (though it's version 10.5). I was able to get data by failing over CUIC historical data to the A-side, which had the historical data, while B-side did not have the data. I tried the steps in this post to make sure my Agent PG's site name was matching both Distributer servers. Does anyone else have any steps we can try?

The problem has solved as i access their system and found they have configured the HDB Db name in historical while it should be AW DB. Once i have put the AW DB in Historical it worked.

Sheraz, you having precision queue or skill group in your environment ? And please let me know the exact version of CUIC.
