CUIC Advanced Filters

We have recently upgraded to UCCX 10.6 and now have access for CUIC.

I would like to run the "Detailed Call by Call CCDR Report" with an Advanced Filter. But this report (or a custom report created from it) does not show the Advanced Filter tab.

How do you add an Advanced Filter to a Custom Report in CUIC?

Advance filter requires CUIC premium version, cisco doesnt support upgrading the license for the co-resident CUIC on UCCX to be premium, it must be standalone, so pick a VM, install CUIC , download the license (premium license) from cisco web-site and connect UCCX to it, from the report definition you can add the advance filter for each field that is generated by the report.
