Hello!
I am attempting to use the Agent Call Summary report in CUIC. I realized that in order for the non-IPCC extension to show up on the report the agent has to have either received or made a call on their personal line. However, I have one agent that has made and received calls on her non-IPCC line and that line still doesn't show up on the report. I've tried the following:
1. Reset/Restarted her device
2. Associated her profile with the line on both her physical device and Jabber device
3. Verified that under the End User section both IPCC and non-IPCC lines are associated with her profile
I figure it's got to have something to do with the config on her personal line, but I don't know what else to check.
