CUIC Agent Not Ready Reason Code Report New Reasn Codes Not Showing in Edit View

Hi all, so I have read through this post and am trying to do as Deepak suggested.

I have created new reason codes in Finesse and am able to use them. I have copied the existing report and selected the new reason codes in the report filter but they do not show up in the edit view settings. I see nothing past code 11. So when I run the report I have no columns showing new codes as I would expect since I can't select them in the view settings. Has anyone run into this before? Thanks!

Is it that these codes are included in the definition for instance?

 

Can you post a screenshot and perhaps the SQL definition when you run the report?
