CUIC Agent report 2 duplicate data.

Hi folks,

Just need clarity on CUIC Agent reports. When I pull the reports I see 2 groups of data,

1). Skill Group which I have configured "Team1"

2). Auto generated "CUCM.PG1A.XXXXXXX"

Problem is can we remove this "CUCM.PG1A" Auto generated / Auto configured group?

Total calls is same but 15mins / 30mins interval data is different.

Please suggest.

No you cannot remove it. That's the bucket for outbound calls. Are you sure you have the name right? On mine it's more like

PG01.Cisco_Voice.default.NNNNN
where NNNNN is a 5 digit number

I sure wish we could rename the stupid things. They are way too long
