Hi folks,
Just need clarity on CUIC Agent reports. When I pull the reports I see 2 groups of data,
1). Skill Group which I have configured "Team1"
2). Auto generated "CUCM.PG1A.XXXXXXX"
Problem is can we remove this "CUCM.PG1A" Auto generated / Auto configured group?
Total calls is same but 15mins / 30mins interval data is different.
Please suggest.
