Cuic agents real time loading view issue

Hello everyone newbie here, we have been using cuic to check out our agents real time cisco codes. We used to login to the website via Chrome or Firefox but since 2 months we cant use both we can only use Internet explorer to view our agents real time page if we use other browsers it gets stucked on loading view page.

The error on firefox and chrome are  :

I assume you're on CUIC 10.x based on your post, that being said you're going to have to look at the compatibility guide and force FF or Chrome to be on that version if you want CUIC to work.
