Hey everyone, So I've been trying to create a custom report in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (Our version is 12.0) that outputs the daily stats on a agent for a monthly time period. For an example, I have created a table of what I would like it to summarize:
| Date | Agent | Total calls Presented | Total taken | Total time ready | Total time not ready | ETC |
1/1/2020 | Example Agent 1 | 100 | 98 | | | |
| 1/2/2020 | Example Agent 1 | 95 | 75 | | | |
| 1/3/2020 | Example Agent 1 | 125 | 120 | | | |
I was wondering if anyone was able to create a report like this? If not, maybe we can request Cisco to make a stock report like this? Let me know what everyone thinks!
