CUIC Call Type Name Change

Greetings.  Can anyone tell me if there is a way to modify the call type name in a CUIC Report or does it have to remain the same as what it is named in the script?  Our end users may want a different name than what we use in scripts.  I know that I could change it in the Excel Document after it is e-mailed, but was hoping there is an easier solution.  Thank you.

first tou need to know CUIC is front end reporting tool for MIS / Reporting users / supervisors. CUIC does

not AND cannot modify the reporting data. CUIC fetches the reporting data from the reporting database. Said that whatever is in reporting database  that will be displayed on CUIC page.
