Hey everyone,
We are running CUIC 10.5 Standard and I am looking for a report which will show handled calls with call duration and ANI. Is there any way to produce such a report? The closest I have come is running a call detail report, however this is not showing accurate call times. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Chad, If you are opened to looking at a 3rd party solution that has a report set that lets you customize with ease & so much more- please let me know. Ron Reif / SMSI /

Hi!
If you use UCCE - you can get this data from TCD table.
So, all you need is: create SQL stored procedure + custom report (on CUIC Premium) and import it to your CUIC Standard.
