CUIC - Contact Service Queue Activity by CSQ - Missing Calls?

Very frequently we will pull this report and it will give me the following results

 

10000 Calls Presented

950 Calls Handled

49 Calls Abandoned

0 Calls Dequeued

 

But there is 1 call that is not accounted for? I cannot seem to find what happened to that missing call.

 

Ive run other reports but nothing I can pinpoint. This happens almost daily. Does anyone have any advice?
