We are quite often receiving the below errors in CUIC realtime Dashboard. I have also attached the snapshot.
1) "The formatting of the grid was not successful"
2) Unable to retrieve dataset status due to an error.... "current state(2) is not UPDATE_IN_PROGRESS
I have also checked in CUIC logs, but did not find any specific reason for this error. I Bug toolkit, they have given workaround to delete & re-create the report/dashboard. Is there any other better workaround for this ? Did anyone come across these kind of issues ? Please suggest
