CUIC: empty report

I'm trying to get data from the Contact Service Queue Activity Report. With the admin user I can see them. With another reporting user I can't. The same report looks blank. 

Why is this happening and how can I troubleshoot it?

I would imagine it is a collection/value list permission issue? If you run as the other user, do they have the same options to chose from for instance? Is it "only" the results that look different when they run it?

When I run the Contact Service Queue Activity Report, the options are the same. The only difference is Logged in User(@param6)

 

- CUIC\administrator it works

- CCX\<user> it doesn't (ie., the report is completely empty)


PS: CCX\<user> belongs to the supervisors and reportingUsers group and it is also a team supervisor

Ok if I go to "Supervisor Capability View" and I remove CCX\<user> from there, Contact Service Queue Activity Report works! However, now live data reports in the Advanced Supervisor folder of the CUIC do not work anymore, but I get this error:

Internal Server Error - Could not fetch report data: RTR.Rest.Error

Is this a bug? How can I fix it without any drawbacks
