Hi All,
When we were to trying to install CUIC 8.5.1, we got an error saying that the minimum hard disk reuirement for the insatllation is 4 and installation got aborted. We are running with only 2 hard disks on that particular machine. Do we need min 4 hard disk for the installation?
Thanks and Regards,

Yes, if you are using MCS servers or its equivalent HP/IBM servers, 4x146GB SAS HDD are required. Pls refer page 8 of CUIC BoM Guide here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/intelligence_suite/intelligence_suite_853/Design/guide/UnifiedIntellCenterBOM_853.pdf

Hi GP,
Thanks for the reply. We are using MCS server. So we may need to put 2 more HDDs.
