As a supervisor, I am trying to run the Agent State Log Report on CUIC Live Data. However, I can only see myself on the Log, but not my entire team. How could i view my entire team for this Agent State Log Report?
Additionally, how could i add this report on Finesse Desktop for Supervisors?
Skip steps 2, 3 and 4 and continue with step 5 and look for Agent State Log report gadget and replace the viewid in it. After this, add this gadget to the supervisor desktop layout and the report should be visible then inside Finesse.
