Hello ,
i have weird problem , we are using ccx version 10_6_1_10000_39 and CAD,
Agents reported that their live data is not working properly and i checked cuic datasource and i could not see live data streaming data source .
So do you have any idea about this problem ?
if i restart cuic services or ccx engine is it help to solve this problem ?

LiveData was introduced in later releases of UCCX.
CAD is getting realtime data in other way. If you need to restore that, better to contact Cisco TAC.
Please be aware, that CAD is EoL for ages already https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/customer-collaboration/unified-contact-center-express/eos-eol-notice-c51-733721.html
So you will need to migrate to Cisco Finesse
