I'm a little confused about whether CUIC needs a separate server. I can get to CUIC from the main page of CCX 10.5 by clicking on Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Reporting. Trying to read up about it I come across installing the CUIC server but I haven't found anything about it being on the CCX server.
Do I install another server just for CUIC or not?

Hi Pamela,
For CUIC, it is the internal package reporting client that replaces the Historical Reporting Client. It stays "internal" to UCCX and there is no need for a separate server to be used. If you wanted to use CUIC Premium to create custom reports and etc, that product would then require a separate server for use.
Hope this helps
