CUIC-NPS Requirements

When buying CUIC-NPS for a customer lab environment, do you need to already have UCC in production with a service contract? When we try to download the CUIC software, it says we need a valid service contract. When ordering CUIC-NPS via CCW it does not provide an option for adding a service contract. Can someone please let me know if we are ordering this lab version improperly.

I hope you ordered CUIC-NPS from under the IPCE-BUNDLE, in the LAB section, under CUIC-NPS category SKU.
