Hi,

Suddenly this Saturday, some of our rapports stopped working. Detailed call by call CCDR report is working, when you choose today, but when you choose yesterday, we are getting a "Dataset status is Failed (Database error).

Details on the error is:

I have tried to restart the CUIC service, but no change. It's still giving me this error.

I'm thinking that it's having something to do with the date/time, because of the "1265 Message: Overflow occurred on a datetime or interval operation" that is seen in the error.

But I can't seem to find any info on this error, other than it's some kind of date/time error in the Informix database.

Anyone else seen this error? (It's an 9.0(2) version of the uccx.)

We are seeing the same issue on all of our 3 UCCX clusters.

We are also having the same issue with relative range set to today or absolute set to today's date.

Any one having the same issue running reports on today's date?

Our TAC case is now open.

The name of the cop file : ciscouccx.ReportFix.cop

I also applied the cop file to 9.0.2 where we were still using the Historical Reporting Client (HRC). We were getting "A runtime error has occured while executing the query" when running agent reports. Seems to have resolved the issue there as well.

Yes, all the reports are now working on all of our clusters.

arnayyar, from Cisco , has already shared the readme and the cop file on this very thread.

Just look for it on the first page of the thread.

I would also suggest to open a TAC case, I received the answer to our issues and the cop file in just over 20 minutes.

So the COP cured the problem of the dataset error but now when running any reports on email queues in CUIC, it does not return any info after 9/8/2016. There are no errors, just no data. Filtering on 9/8 and earlier returns data as expected.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi

We have the same issue with UCCX 10.6.1, but while trying to execute "utils system upgrade initiate" a message displayed that the server will restart. Will the server restart or this is just a notification?
